1969 Oldsmobile 442 W-32

Here's a little known about car from Oldsmobile. It's the W-32. Only 297 total units were ever made. 247 Holiday Coupes, 25 Sport Coupes, and 25 Convertibles. The W-32 package was a slightly toned down version of the infamous W-30. It came with a Ram Air 400 engine with cam specs of .286 degree & .472 lift and Ram Air. All W-32's were all equipped … [Read more...]

This is a wonderful and terribly fun 1965 356SC Coupe named Seamor. This car was the brain child of a good client of ours, a local Porsche enthusiast, and overall great guy. The idea for Seamor started years ago, when Seamor's owner saw a photo of Janis Joplin’s 1965 Porsche 356C Cabriolet. Janis paid about $3,500 to a Beverly Hills auto dealer … [Read more...]

A few weeks back, our Car of the Week was the last Cobra made, CSX3360. I saw 3360 at Amelia Island in 2011. Our trip to Amelia Island this year gave us a look at another great Cobra. This is CSX2001, which is actually the 1st production Cobra. The interesting thing about this car was about 10 years ago, a good friend and neighbor stopped by with … [Read more...]

This car is known throughout the Corvette world as … [Read more...]

1967-427-Cobra-CSX-3360-002

With Amelia Island 2012 coming shortly, I had a chance to look back at some of the great cars from last year. I have always been a huge Cobra fan. CSX 3360 was the last of the Cobra's that were produced. This example was fantastic. I loved the look of the color, starburst wheels, underside exhaust, and the lack of roll bar. This was such a clean … [Read more...]

Ferrari 250 GTO 3223GT

Ferrari 250 GTO SN 3223GT

I had the good fortune of spending some time at Cavallino 2012 in Palm Beach last month. The Ferrari GTO is one of the most valuable cars ever made. They are the pinnacle of Ferrari collecting. They are fast, beautiful, rare, and very successful as a race car. As always, many of the owners bring their cars to P.B.I.R for the track events during the … [Read more...]

We had the pleasure of spending an afternoon at P.B.I.R. recently. The event was hosted by Rodger Hawley of Orbit Racing. This was a private track day for invited clients. The car that caught my eye was this very rare and very nice Porsche Type 964 Carrera RSR. This was a fantastic example that was a very well sorted car. Rodger Hawley took the … [Read more...]
